Funny girl Wiig, Saturday Night Live cast member and star of the hit movie Bridesmaids, stays healthy with a vegetarian diet based largely on tofu and soy, lots of water, and cranberry juice, she told Women's Health in 2009. Nutritious vegetarian plans have been tied to weight loss, heart benefits, and diabetes prevention. (Unwholesome vegetarian plans, i.e., a cheese-pizza-and-sweets diet, won't deliver health benefits.) Wiig was named one of PETA's Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities of 2011.
