The 5-foot, 2-inch singer and reality star, who once tipped the scales at about 160 pounds, has gotten more flack for her weight struggles than for her past drug addiction. After years of yo-yo dieting, she is now down to 112. She says a 2009 stint on Dancing With the Stars, along with portion-control and regular exercise, did the trick. "I used to eat chips and cookies and drink soda all day long," she told Shape magazine. "I had to start making better choices. Now, when I'm full? I stop eating. I've finally learned how to do it right."
