The former queen of daytime television has long doubled as the queen of yo-yo dieting. In 1988, Oprah dropped from 212 to 145 with the help of a liquid diet, but by 1992 she was back up, and more, to 237. Her weight continued to seesaw until 2005, when she flaunted her 160-pound frame on the cover of O, The Oprah Magazine. Four years later, she weighed in at 200. Despite her track record, she's finally comfortable with her weight, she said earlier this month on the Oprah Winfrey Network: "I actually thought at the time that being thin made me better… You are not the shape of your body."
