I've been told by my doctor to take l vitamin B Complex because my blood doesn't flow when taking

labortary blood test and my veins seem to be very

small and hard to find when needed for IV fluids.

Also my 3rd and middle fingers are pale yellow when

cold. What do you think is going on within my blood

stream. Cholestrol is high 230 and I'm 80yrs old, any suggestions?

I'll just stick around with regular yogurt....Better calcium content too......Aside from that it taste better too.......I love activia yogurt myself.

What is the difference between Greek yoghurt and "hung" yoghurt? Hung yoghurt is when you put regular yoghurt in a coffee filter and allow the whey to drain off in a ~12 hour period. It makes for a thicker, less acidic, creamier yoghurt.

BUT!!! What about the Sat Fat and Cholesterol? 12g -59% of the daily saturated fat value in 8 0z serving? And the cholesterol, 5mg-18% of the daily value. That's not good is it?
