Greek Yogurt is better: you can have it on credit, and never pay it back!

I love Greek yogurt and I have found that the best tasting brand is Oinkos! I like to take fresh blueberries and mash them with a potato masher, add 0% fat Plain Greek yogurt, sprinkle a little stevia on it, and mix together. Delicious and very nutritious. Or if you are just starting out and want to cut down on sugar or artificial sweeteners, you can mix half and half plain greek with flavored yogurt to get used to it. Plain mixed with flavored produces a wonderful sweet/ sour taste!

Another thing to consider for vegetarians...most non Greek Yogurt contains gelatin which is NOT vegetarian.

Try it with chopped cucumber, walnuts and raisins. You may also want to add some ground sumac with a good olive oil on top.
