'The 4-Hour Body'—Does It Deliver Results?

I have the book and have had Great results.

In fact I personally know a lot of people who have used the principles in this book and have achieved massive results.

Tim takes the Slow Carb Diet and slightly modifies it to produce quicker results.

For ME the Slow Carb Diet:

-has stabilized my blood-sugar and hormone levels better than anything else I have tried. (prior to the 4hr body I was eating healthy and exercising)

-has given me more sustained energy through out the day

-I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months-with no muscle loss(only exercising 3x per week)

All of these so called experts are condemning something they have never tried, tested, or even researched. If you look at the people who have tried the (specifically the Fat Loss or Muscle Gain) programs, you will find more people with positive results than not.

Tim's whole point in the book is to experiment and think outside of the box.

One of the big messages of the book is- You Are Responsible For Your Own Change. As obvious as that sounds most people in this country want their results handed to them. Tim's message is think for yourself, do the research, and test what works for you.

Quote from Scott Kahan: "There needs to be some sort of sustainable way of going about the rest of your life."

I wonder if the diet has actually been tested by Scott or others that he knows or his judgement is based on what it just sounds like (which to be honest, may sound like scam.) But, me and several others I know, have been on this diet for over two years and have not looked back. It keeps us fresh, energetic, and lean.

But don't take my word for it! Take a few seconds and take a glance at twitter to see how hundreds of people are seeing real results (even without the supplements)

Disclosure:

I'm not affiliated with the book or the author but I am a long time fan. My team is also creating a mobile application for the book because we believe in its content:

They should sue him. A lot of people not only lost money on buying the book, but will get hurt and even killed with the no sleep BS

It seems that the more outrageous some diet or exercise program is the more people are allured to it. Let's say you bought into The 4-Hour Body and it worked, how long do you think you could continue to eat, and exercise as recommended by this program? Once you got tired of this program, (and believe me you would very quickly) you'd land right back where you started. My advice as a personal trainer, is not to waist your time and money on any of these quick-fix programs, you'll only be disappointed in the long-run. Your health and fitness is a lifetime journey, not a quick trip to the store.

I just now received my free product sample from name brand companies, quite a few of them from "123 Get Samples" online
