Using caffeine to delay muscle fatigue? If you don't mind restricting the flow of blood to your brain and elsewhere, while your pumping a greater volume of blood from activity, through an increasingly narrow thoroughfare of vessel. If you wish to delay muscle fatigue, consider COQ-10.
