I am glad to see this article. As our healthcare system is plagued by preventable chronic conditions. So many supplements have the ability to provide strength in ways that we could have never imagined because we did not have the information to support it clinically. Everything we need is on earth to help solve our issues. Many supplements actually have been found to completely reverse these effects of bad lifestyle. Thanks for the article

The key with Omega-3 is not the amount of it that you take, but a ratio: that of Omega-6 to Omega-3. Instead of a ratio of 8 or 10 to 1, you want the ratio between 4 and 2 to 1. So, you can save the fish if you reduce your consumption of Omega-6.
