Excellent article. So many foods are marketed as low fat or diet or healthy when many times the ingredients are actually harsher on your weight loss plan than if you chose the full flavored version. Reading labels is getting more difficult and it is all very confusing. It is so important to stay on top of what you are purchasing and your daily routines. It is also important to know what you want to look like once you have success on your diet or weight loss program - en empowering image works wonders.
