If you don't know that, you are unqualified to write this story.
And if you know it and suppress it, then you are a deceiver.
Either way you did not impart important information.

Don't eat anything you've seen advertised on TV. This avoids the most toxic food-like substances.

Plus when something has a "natural flavoring," I can't seem to eat enough of it.

I read somewhere that eating seven pepperoni pizzas per day can help you lose up to 30 percent of your body weight. I tried it and it works.

A seven inch wide bowl of veggies, hot and tasty with salt and butter will do wonders in staving off hunger pangs. Eat one bowl full got a huge snack without guilt, before going to be and be happy.
Eat at least one bowl-full a day as a minimum.

A long but very interesting video link about the relationship of low fiber in processed foods and the skyrocketing obesity in Americans eating sugary, fast food or food/drinks with high fructose corn syrup.

Why doesn't everyone quit whining? You eat everything from the drive-thru window, wash it down with a chemical concoction called "diet drinks". You never lift your fat ass off the sofa except tp get a hand full of chips and another beer. Your diningroom chairs have spider webs because you eat everything in front of the tv and you allow toxic people into your life and refuse to discipline your dumb ass kids. Why are you whining? Are these not choices?

Doesn't sound to me as if your previous life-style was a particularly healthy one, Sarah. The fact that you are "still living"at sixty-seven is not proof that your diet is/was good. Consider a plant- based diet if you want to do yourself, the animals, and the planet a favor.

Have we learned yet that all of the food in grocery stores can be potentially tainted? Shouldn't we all just begin moving to grow our own food and possibly keep our money safe through another means than the corrupt banks as well? time to get off the grid.
