Obviously the superfood diet is far superior to the Standard American Diet, and it should be equally obvious that eating a VARIETY of fresh foods is healthier than being limited. But PLEASE cut out the Farmed Salmon - which is the greatest source of fat-soluble persistent toxins (PCBs, et al) available today.

along with a healthy choice of fruits and vegetables a person needs exercise to be truly healthy. go for a walk or run with a friend or by yourself.

I need a big budget to buy the rainbow of fruits and vegetables. Usually people don't indulge in all aspects of fruits and veggies because it's just expensive! Especially for a single person spending over $100 on a few products. Things add up!

Beyond solid food, get into non-solid ones as well--like air energy or prana and sunshine. Truly, man shall not live by solid food alone.
