There's Cow's Milk and There's Cow's Milk—Which to Choose?

I would no sooner trust my health to the CDC or the FDA than I would trust a used car salesman. These agencies will report what information lines there pockets with cash and I'm sure the dairy industry isn't far away.

Do your research... raw milk is the healthiest and has been for thousands of years. Pasteurization and homogenization are what makes milk unhealthy. Homogenization actually chemically alters the fat so it won't separate... and pasteurization kills the enzyme, lactase, that helps digest lactose...and we wonder why people are lactose intolerant? Try Raw Milk from a healthy local farm and you won't have those issues. You might just improve your health!

Guess what Lisa, they already have!

Ever heard of fluoride?

Yeah that's right , the stuff they put in our drinking water!!

In higher concentrations it's used as rat poison!!!

And as far as protecting your teeth from cavities it has only been proven to reduce the number of cavities in children under the age of 12, unfortunately it also has a nasty side affect of reducing one's IQ by about 10%, not to mention that it is a potent neuro toxin that gradually builds up in your system over time.

P.S. It is a waste product of aluminum manufacturing and was first used in water supplies in Nazi Germany's concentration camps!!!!

P.P.S. Brought to you by your "friends" the Rockefeller family.

Go to realmilk.com where you'll find the facts about raw milk. To say it is dangerous is ludicrous. If you do your homework you'll find far more people have gotten sick from pasteurized milk than raw. Actually, there are very few cases that have been proven that raw milk has made people ill. The FDA who is run by big-agri would love for people to believe raw milk is dangerous because it lines their pockets. Organic pastures of California has distributed more than a million gallons of raw milk in California without one proven case of illness from their milk.

How about none? How much did the American Dairy Farmers' Association pay for this multi- article spread? Apparently it's too dangerous to drink in its natural state, it's better drunk with one of its major components (fat) removed, vitamins A and D are added despite what we're learning about the dangers of vitamin supplements, but it's good for us in some way the articles don't quite get around to disclosing? The toddlers at whose parents the articles are aimed could see through this insulting attempt to dress up marketing as journalism.

There are plenty of other ways to get adequate, high-quality calcium and protein. To produce this "wonder fluid" cows are kept in unhealthily crowded CAFOs, or feed lots. They're primarily given corn to eat. Because ruminants can't process corn easily, they're medicated throughout their productive lives - stomach medicine to help with the inevitable bloating and distress from the wrong diet and antibiotics because the crowded, filthy conditions promote disease. Milking machines lead to udder irritation, sending flakes of dead skin and pus into the product. No wonder raw milk is considered undrinkable! To clean it all up, it's heat processed and, increasingly, irradiated. Milk is associated with allergies or sensitivity in more people than wheat and nuts combined, and we know that because calories in liquid form lack fiber, they can contribute to overconsumption and obesity, yet irresponsible articles like this promote the myth that one must pour cow's milk down children's throats despite the resultant potential for harm to the child, the environment, and the cow.

I'm sure if the producers of rat poison paid well enough, somebody out there would be willing to write about its health benefits too.
