We need to make healthier foods for the kids in the world. So many of them are getting fat. Everyone just needs to make healthier foods and the food industries need to help with that to. They all act like nothing happened. We need a few good people to make our food so we don't eat nasty food and get sick. People don't really know what sin there food that they and i'm going to tell them. So they don't feed there kids some nasty junk food and get them fat. Thats very bad to do that to people. I would like to know whats going thru these food industries minds.

How enlightening, NOT! From the time we were young children we have all been taught what the daily rationing of vegetables, fruit, dairy, meet, etc are. We have been taught what foods are healthy and which are not. I as an adult know what my kids and I should be eating to live a healthy life. The obesity problem in this country isn't because we don't know this. The problem is that too many of us (including myself) don't follow it all the time or not at all. Many schools have gotten rid of recess and PE classes because of political correctness run amuck. They don't want little Johnny's or Jane's feelings hurt when they are picked last in gym class, hurts their self esteem. The government (federal, state, and school boards) and political correctness have contributed to the obesity problem in this country and they are either to ignorant or stupid to even realize it or won’t admit it. No dodge ball, no tag, no running you might get hurt. What I don't need is the government telling me what I can and cannot eat. However, as we get closer to this looming government takeover of the health care system don't be surprised if the government starts dictating what you can and cannot eat as the government plays its hand in keeping health care cost down. If people are too stupid or ignorant to eat healthy and exercise and become obese it’s their own fault and should have to pay for being stupid.

It is all about money to these corporations. They don't care how irresponsible their products are, as long as it makes them money. Cooking from scratch at home is the only way to combat this.

I wonder if Nestle has the same health concerns and values when selling her products in other countries and regions, such as South America. For example in countries like Brazil? (their milkpowder "Ninho" is the worst!) Their products don't have the same quality outside the US...
