Exercise Helps Men Battling Diabetes and Sleep Apnea

While the article seems to be well documented I must say that my experience is to the contrary. I have been in a pulmonary rehab class for the last 3.5 months. I have lost about 35 lbs. also in the last 6 months on my own. I have been told that I have sleep apnea as well. I do have type 2 diabetes and it is much improved with the weight loss. However, contrary to your article, since I began the rehab class my sleep is worsened. I find that I may only sleep 3 to 5 hours and the quality of that sleep is poor at best. Yes, I have a sleep aid but I don't like it's side effects. Before I began the rehab I did sleep better but I have never slept well for years. I am being seen my numerous specialists so they are all involved in my situation. Maybe I am the exception to the rule based on your article but I thought that I should share my results to let you know that exercise doesn't benefit everyone the way your study shows.

Thank you.

All diabetes is caused by food chemicals. Type 2 diabetes is 100% from food chemicals and half of all Type 1 is from food chemicals. The FDA has destroyed the food supply with legal drugs that cause obesity, diabetes and cancer. A Danish filmmaker proved this in a film.

You can reverse diabetes without drugs or medication
