The proper adjective is “unhealthful,” not “unhealthy.” Only animates (plants and animals) can be unhealthy. All else (which contribute to either poor health or good health, like food and exercise) are either unhealthful or healthful, respectively.
Get the grammar – the easy part - correct, first. Otherwise the content is suspect.
