Yep, this is the big problem for me...

When we eat with the "trough" in front of us even

though I do take very small servings I always feel

compelled to dig in several times...

I'm going to have to change this...

Here lately I have been eating alot & not sure why,I went from 270 to 150 got to 142 for a bit,then a few things happened in the past couple months,I have been scarfing alot of food,,,how can I stop doing this? it's like when I take that first bite I don't want to stop,but know I have to,,,can somebody tell me what to do,,I'm back to atleast 175 I want to stay below 190,never want to see the 200 mark again on the scale.

Great advice! I've been eating off of smaller dishes for years and have encouraged my clients to do the same. My husband and I also try to split an appetizer and an entree at a restaurant - its cheaper and we both get plenty to eat!
