Geez thanks for the in-depth look! This is a pathetic article. "Having a dietary deficiency" REALLY!? You don't say. Can you list off possible deficiencies that would cause this? "Exercising" wow that's all you put?? Are you kidding me. What kind of lame excuse for an article is this shit? Get your stuff together and post something worth while. Anyone would realize hey my muscles are twitching, gee I wonder what it could be... diet, exercise, or a disorder. Thanks for nothing.

Sometimes I get a random shiver up my spine and then I will twitch. The shiver doesn't really hurt or anything but I was just wondering why I twitch. I think it is just stress.

my tricept on my right arm has been twitching for atleast 7 min a day. and i wanna know why it has been doin that. i think it might be from stress, because i just lost my job =[

The same muscle, my back shoulder muscle, keeps twitching and has been slightly twitching on and off for months/years. It seems to be getting worse and it's always the same one. I wonder what's going on with it.

My bicepst are twitching , and it feels kinda funny, i am ticklish for some reason, makes me laugh, my quads are also tquitching, i find this the most annoying, because sometimes when im standing they twitch and i get out of balance.
but i guess its the excersise, i also excersise allot

same thing with my, my tricpes always twitch by themselves. just my triceps. i think its because over hte past few days ive been running miles and intensely working out for football
