what kind of salt can we use for substitute?

Just which of the artificial sugars is best?

I haven't used salt in several years but know other food

have it in then when prepared.

Sugars I know there is several but which is best to use?

I don't know much of anything about salt. However, while aspartame and perhaps other artificial sweetners increase cravings for fatty foods and sweets, stevia curbs those appetites. This is probably because the most common cause of cravings for sweets and fatty foods is a deficiency of the very minerals that are provided through stevia. When stevia is added to a regular diet, there is simply a loss of cravings for sweets!
