What if I do everything you recommend in order to lose the last pounds with no results? I eat healthy , excercises 6days/week and I don't see why I can't get rid of the last few pounds. It is easy for some people to drop their weight just by decreasing their calorie intake and excercising but not everybody's body respond the same. What do you suggest? The rule of calories in and out does not really work . I consume 1500 cals and burn 3 500 cals /week and I haven't drop any pound. worst! I have gained 4 lbs. since then. Anyway, I just want you to know that your recommendation may work for some but may not work for others.
