Seriously, who eats 1 cup of ketchup? Really dumb article.

Does added stevia count as sugar? We use it when we add sweetner instead of sugar.

These aren't suprising, get real, of course they are high in sugar we knew that already. tell us how to substitute these!

If you try to limit your sugar intake, watch your salt intake, reduce your calorie, fat or carbohydrate intake, as we are told constantly that we must do to be healthy, there is practically nothing left that you can eat.

What there is, left to eat, is so expensive you can't afford to buy it.

In an effort to lose weight and become healthier, I became a vegetarian and even as a vegetarian I was chastised repeatedly for which fruits and/or vegetables I was eating, which ones were too high in sugar, had little nutritional value, etc.

I've more or less thrown my hands up, am waiving the my white flag.

The reason why most lemonade often have sugar added is to offset the sour, bitter taste. Have one tried to consume bitter lemon juice? If one use lemon straight, is to use it on other food to give the food a tangy flavor.

Good for me. I eat none of the foods mentioned. Americans eat too much sugar, maybe 3-4 times more than us, Europeans. No wonder everyone is fat.

im a 13 year old i dont drink coke i drink tea and homemade sasparilla and if ya dont know what it is look it up

im from tennessee and have worked all my life i have no choice wether to be healthy or not i have to i hate the taste of coke disgousting stuff rots your stomach

ok back to the point if you give kids enough time outside then they will start eating healthier its scientific they eat something better for them and they have more energy so they can play longer and kids want to play longer the trick is actually making kids get off there but and go outside and actually exercise or play

kids are made to play if they dont play then they just get worse and worse

again the trick is making the kids play out side and actually do something

kids natually like being outside and playing its just instinct let them wrestle fight pull hair chase each other takle each other when i was growing up i was running around out side with knees anad shins skinned up jeans tore and still wrestling and takling my older brother or riding bikes its good for hem now to start as early as possible

hell my parents were walking me through the woods when i was 3 years old the younger the better
