I agree with Annalora.

Teach people how to be healthy and happy, not how to lose weight!

Believe it or not, some people ARE happy with the bodies they are in.

Did you catch that, or did it go right past you just like everything seems to

when it comes to mainstream media... feeding us all this total crap.

Can't we just accept the bodies we are in?

Being healthy is one thing. Weight is another...

so stop perpetuating this idea that all bodies have to be a certain way.

Stop perpetuating the idea thats it's not normal and OK to have fat on your body.

Instead why don't you write a blog about how to empower yourself and other people, ways to eat healthy and get cheap nutritious foods, and ways to stop perpetuating the messed up idea that we all have to be the same.
