She is so stupid she looks like she was caught on fire and was put out with a pick axe to the face she is a nitwit her boobs look great if only she wore a paper bag over her head. I willnever watch the hills again after being petrified with the horrific sight of her pig face she was so pretty before what the heck is her issue she obviously wasn't insecure because she was hot before and she knows it she just wanted attention and now she's stuck with the stupidest face on tv. Nice going hope u feel like an idiot. No respect.

I understand all the heidi fans will want to protect her and say she looks good. But she clearly doesn't. I feel bad for her. She obviously had a distorted image of herself and wanted to change it. Which I don't have a problem with, because it started out as something that would make her feel better about herself. But its safe to say now, that she did not like the outcome and neither does anyone else. I mean you really think she's confident now!? She has had surgeries before this one and no one ridiculed her for it. SHE WAS CRYING ON NATIONAL TELEVISION. She obviously is NOT excited about her face. Even more so then before. Its sad. The first couple actually looked great on her. 10 however, is way to many and she no longer looks 23. She looks like a 40 year old trying to look 23 now. Her youth is taken away and she doesn't look fresh faced...she looks plastic. A natural blondish brown colored hair v.s PLATINUM BLONDE. Fat injections? You can't even tell she's had them in her 06 v.s 09 picture. Botox? She's only 23 years YOUNG! I would never call her stupid though because obviously it was a mistake and she didn't know it would put her through so much pain and come out looking this bad. I have had a breast augmentation (after I had my daughter) and that is all I ever considered and that's all I wanted. I did it for myself. Not so it would advance my career and publicity. She's a smart girl but sadly fading away with the rest of the hollywood wanna-bes that never made it because they don't have any talent to offer. The alternative is not getting this many surgeries in one day to make tabloids. I honestly think it was to make headlines. Who in the world gets 10 surgeries in one day?

chill you guys, i know a lot of people dont agree with this decision of hers, but who are you to say how ugly and stupid she looks. the important thing is that SHE feels good about herself!!!! i mean how would you feel if everywhere you went people were always saying,"eww you look fake and plastic!!" hmm let me think... NOT GOOD! In my opinion she looks good. what i dont agree with is getting all those surgeries at the same time, cause it was dangerous. her nose now looks better than it did before and i think that we ALL can agree.

What a retard!! I watch her show and after seeing what she has done to herself I am not a big fan anymore!!! She thinks that she looks better with giant tits but she looks fake and like an unintelligant stupid blonde. She may have gotten a ton of publicity but she has 1 ruined her life and 2 she had lost respect from fans and her own mother that she will never get back

like really what has she done!?!? like why did she go and mess her pretty little face up? there was no reason for her to do that! and the doctor that did it has is stupid to!! why would let do that much to one person on one day? come on now you shouldnt have that much to you anyway..there is a reason our bodies are made the way we are and her going and messing hers up is juat plain STUPID!!!(:

She looks horrible by the time she is 40 shes going to look like joan rivers shes already on her way she looks plastic and un attractive is this why her and spencer got divorced. HaHA they were made for each other 2 idiots!!!!!

and she got her lips bigger

Breast implants whatever....... But what did she do to her face!?!?!?! Omg!!!! On the previews for finale season of Hills and she's crying her face does not move!!!! Its awful!!!! She looks sick! Hahaha I can't help but to laugh! She was so pretty before and now she looks awful!!!!

it's nothing new ;
she looks not so pretty now a days (after the surgery)
she was already pretty ,
she already had natural boobs .
i mean come on , they look totally fake .
& now she thinks their to small ? Whoa .
she was WAY better before .
It's ridiculous what people do . X.X
