After some research I found out that more than 75% of people who set New Year's resolutions will break them within 3 months and almost one-third will break them by the end of January? Whether your goal is to stop smoking, lose weight, get in shape, break bad habits, pay off debt, or find true love; most people end up being another statistic.

It's better for your mental health. Listening to lies and fear-mongering isn't advantageous to anyone-- let Rush Limbaugh just blow hot air alone. Maybe if we ignore him he'll go away.

I always had the same problem - not being able to find the time to meditate. But at the end of the day it is just an excuse, and until you decide it is important enough you will never find the time!

If you are looking for a great program to ease you into meditation, check out meditationshift.com. I never stuck with it until I did their program. Good luck, it can change your life!
