I didn't gain much weight when I was pregnant but realized that I was gaining weight after I gave birth. When I weighted myself after six weeks I weight 141 pounds. When I returned to the doctor three months later I weight 147 pounds. My last weight been pregnant was 150. I was wondering why I was gaining weight so fast. I was eating small meals and walking a lot three weeks later after I gave birth. Then my coworker pointed out that it could be the birth controll that you are taking. This will be my last shot.

Of course it is our own body and it is our own decision and right if we chose to sell -not donate-our kidney but as one f my professor said,"let us always remember that ownership doesn't give us the right to exploit"

Personally, i disagree on legalizing the selling of kidney's because who do you think are those people who will sell their kidney? It is the poor, isn't it? Those people who cannot eat three times a day, those people who can't pay the hospital for his/her mother --or any family member-operation, those who are extremely oppress and those people who will think that the only choice that they have to live is to sell their kidney. Therefore, if we legalize the market of kidney then we are allowing a slavery, we are allowing abuses and we are allowing and giving the option to poor people to be lazy, we are allowing them to not to work hard for their survival and lastly we are allowing and giving the rich people a connotation that money can buy everything. With that perception the world will be different far from the ideal life of all people--to live harmoniously.

Dan Rathers press release for the Kidney Rabbi

http://hd.net/pressrelease.html?2010-01-11-01.html

The trial of Rabbi Levi Rosenbaum is set for 3/8/2010.

Quote by Elie Wiesel

"I swore never to be silent whenever and wherever human beings endure suffering and humiliation. We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented".

Dan Rather and Nancy Scheper-Hughes have taken on a story that has not been "told like it is" since a New York Daily News article came out on July 25, 2009.

Shame on the evil people exposed in this story. RAMPANT GREED (Money=God) is THE number one problem in our world today. Money is truly the root of all evil.

"Live simply, so others can simply live".

Thank you DAN RATHER

I'll sell one of my kidneys for $150,000.00 no less and all medical costs paid. End of story, I can't afford to live and will probably end up dead anyway so what's wrong with doing everything in your power to stay alive while I can. I can't get anymore cash advances and nobody will hire me so what else can I do. Anybody out there want to hire me for pay?
