Obama Budget Eliminates Funding for Abstinence-Only Sex Education

I dont normally agree with Obama, but on this matter I'm 100% behind him. Abstinence never works. It is imperative that teens are taught about birth control methods. While Abstinence is best lets face it their teenagers, we cant just lock them in a room for 7 years.

the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in this arena. Abstinence is best to absolutely avoid sexually-transmitted disease and pregnancy AND here are all the tools to partially avoid disease and pregnancy---together with their percentages of effectiveness.

Students listen better when their built-in truth detectors sense they are not being fed "School Board B.S.".
