I'm looking for jeans that FIT an apple body! I'm 5'8", long slender legs and narrow hips, but bigger in the waist. All the pants I try on (if they fit in the waist) are too big in the legs and the butt! Can anyone help with this?

isn't wine for women not good for breast cancer and yet good for the liver, would grape juice be just as good as the wine?

Another suggestion is to use a treadmill desk at work like the TrekDesk. These have been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, help control appetite and provide sufficient exercise through the day without sweating.

Our bodies need constant movement for health and our biggest health concern today is inactivity due to sedentary lifestyles.

Great job on article.... I never put the cortisol and sleep factor together. I have always been Underweight...But due to a thyroid imbalance and new beta block medications...I am actually at my perfect weight. That is in numbers anyway. The bad part is that it has all shot straight to my tummy. So here I am thin...with this building tummy that makes me self conscience and uncomfortable in my own skin and clothes. I barely sleep and realize now, that is only adding to the tummy fat problem...Thank you, I now have one more area to take control of to make me feel the best in my body!@

Whenever I eat sweet: cakes, candies, drink a soda, the joints in my feet hurt. Mt ankles my risks and practically my whole body hurt.

Might this be a myth or is something really happening?

Is there anything new in this article? BMI was invented for obese people. It does not work for physically fit people. Stop using it! The most important factor to be physically fit is an active life style. Period!
