I'll bet it's not completely harmless, but it's probably not a death sentence, either. If you want it, get it. If you don't want it, don't get it. If you're cautious, let someone else be an early adopter. It's dangerous to say that because something is FDA approved it's safe. Remember Meridia? Fen-Phen?

If the problem is the possibility of an allergic reaction, how will having your daughter vaccinated at 17 as opposed to 11 help? If the problem is a lack of effectiveness or longevity, I can assure you that not getting vaccinated is far less effective at preventing HPV, than getting vaccinated. I think the problem people have is with the though of their 11 year-olds having sex. While that's unsettling, what's more unsettling is the thought of your 35 year-old daughter dying because of a stupid decisions she made when she was 11.

I cannot believe people are injecting unknown toxic chemical and unknown foreign proteins, and unknown cancer causing viruses into their body. This is the same as drug users using dirty needles. Do your own research! Have you read the medical insert that comes with the Gardasil vaccine? It says it will cause cervical cancer. Other side effects include paralysis, boils, autoimmune disease, and other cancers in 5-10 years. It's a bioweapon attack on the slaves.

Any parent who doesnt want to protect their child from Cancer because they think it promotes sexual activity is ignorant and are probably the same parents that promote abstinance and then wonder how their daughter became pregnant. (This does not pertain to the parents who choose not to vaccinate their child completely although complete irradication of small pox would be possible without you)

By stating that Gardasil is a new vaccine it should be clarified that it is new on the market but has gone through years of trials. Yes the overall length of protection is in question but if you gave me even one day of protection against cancer I would gladly take it!!
