Know ones going to help a women beater and a rapist.It was worth a try right?????Its a far cry for help.Do the crime do the time...Thats how the saying gos.Their must have benn a jury and if they all found your brother guilty,then the evidence must have been that good. That all 12 people fond your brother GUILTY>>>>What,,, did the whole jury lie or maybe they dont like black people or they must have all had a bad day on that day?Think about it 12 different people said hes GUILTY.

I was reading your article of your brother sherik, in you'r article you accussed a woman of falsly accussing your brother of rape. Do you hear yourself?? In your article you done accussed everyone of something>>>>>>>>>>> the girl of drinkin,the fathers of her kids of bein absent in his childrens life.,the cops of bein prejudice, the attorneys of not doin their job. the courthouse of neglect. It seems like your brother had a great job, payin all her bills, takin care of 4 kids.. gee where did he work to afford all that. @Why did he not have money for attoneys? You also ask for help for your brother, i think you both need God.

When I read this article it made me sick. My question to you is, have you ever been raped? Have you ever had a rape kit performed on you? have you ever had to go to court and face your rapest? Go to court and be interrogated by a lawer,to tell your story and relive your rape all over again? Well I have. It is because of people like you that people do not pursue the conviction of their rapest. How can you say a women was not raped if you were not there? And if you were a witness, I then presume it would be exceptable because the rapest is your brother. We all love our family. But it is your job, as a family member, to let them know when they have done wrong. You do not make excuses for them. It is because of people like you, that some men see women as their property. Some men think it is ok to disrespect,beat,and rape their Girlfriends. The women stay inside untill the bruises go away, they are afraid to leave because they do not want beat again or killed. It is because of people like you that this cycle goes on. Why was your brother staying at a neighbors house? Why wasn't he staying with you? How well do you know your brother? Your brother only showed you what he wanted you to see. He only told you what he wanted you to hear. A man does not go to a family gathering and say, "I left my girlfriend at home because I beat the crap out of her the night before." How can you write this article and say your brother is falsely accused? Based on what he tells you - he is innocent? People do not know what goes on behind clossed doors. Do you even know his ex girlfriend to accuse her of lying? I know that you do not. I know your brother. He is not a good man. He did not give that girl every thing she needed. He was a gambler and put her in debt. I am that girl. I am Lisa. Your brother is in jail because he put himself there. I was faithfull during our relationship and never did I deserve to be beat. I left him because I wanted a better life for me and my children. I was done. He had no right to break into my home beat and rape me. I stood up for myself and pursued the conviction because I love myself. A person can not break into another persons home, threaten them with a razor,cut off their oxygen by stranggling them, Repeatedly beat them with your fist,threaten to kill them and then have sex with them. This is rape. I only hope that my strength will give another women the strength she may need.

Hi how you doing. My name is Tj i live in johnstown, pa. My brother name is Sharik Peters and he is currently in Cambria County Prison @ 425 manor dr. My brother is a great man who was falsely in-prisoned and slandered by the local news here. My brother was accused of raping and assaulting up his girlfriend. They were broken up for about three weeks but even thou they was concerned broken up they still where messing around. I mean my brother stayed right next door at a friend's house so they talked and still seen each other everyday. Then one day I'm not sure exactly when it was but i know it was before the argument they had sex. I think like 2days later was the argument, When Lisa confessed to my brother that she had sleep around on him more then 5times in the past 2years they where together with her baby father. Then that's when the fighting went on that night i know it was wrong for my brother to fight with her that night but my brother did everything for that girl she ain't have to worry about nothing. He paid all the bills and took care of her and her 4kids more then ether parent did. So i guess that hurt my brother that she would do that. All i know the next day my brother called me and told me what had happened and that Lisa just called him and said you gonna get yours and that's why you going to jail for a long time. So she told him she called him said she called the police and told them my brother had raped her and broke into her already broken window. So after she told him that he called me and told me then he went to turn himself in because he knew he didn't do that to her he admitted to them fighting but the sex was before the fight and consensual. My brother has now been in cambria county for about 5months now and his bail is 100,000. Now i done seen about 10people with the same charges some people with more charges and they bail has been lower then his. It also doesn't help that 1 of her family is a local cop and a cop my brother had a argument with before maybe involved with the case. I also think the DA's office is trying to get her to do this even more because like a month after it first happened she talk to my sister 2times saying that my brother just beat her up but if she turn back now she is going charged with giving false reports. I been reading that rape is one of the most charges that is falsely reported in the USA. Now its been about 5months my brother been sitting there he had 2 bail reduction hearings and they wont lower his bail when he haven't been in any trouble in there and haven't been in any trouble for 10years beside a DUI about 2years ago. Out here in cambria county they treat allot of black people here as being guilty in till prov-en innocence. They lately been putting people in the hole for trying to write y'all office to get outside help. My brother ain't have money for a lawyer so he done had 2 different court appointed lawyers. The first one Tim Sloan i was calling him everyday for 3months straight and only got a hold of him 3times tops and he didn't put any motions my brother asked him for 3months when we asked after 2nd month he dint want to be on the case he can get off he waited till my brother case was about start to continue it and get off the case then. Now we just got a new court lawyer who's a little better but all these lawyers seem like they don't really want to do the case because my brother going to fight till the end and he not taking no plea's with that consist of rape because he ain't do that. I dont really get why non of the lawyers want to fight when they ain't really got no evidence but her bruises and her word and my brother word. I mean my brother been trying to take lie detector test and hire a private investagator to prove his point but the lawyers wont put in the motions because they just tryna get him to plea out. I dont think lisa testimony should be useable becuase she has given fluse reports before and has a bad brinking problem. She has also been taking anti-depression piles for a while know. If any body knew Lisa they would know that. I mean ever since she lied on my brother most of her friends dont talk to her because they know she was wrong. Honestly I think rape is to easy for some one to clam and it really hurts the reputation of the girls who have really been hurt by a crime like that. I'm hoping that i can get y'all involved and help my brother out. Honesty like i think the whole Cambria County should be under investigation not just john Martha. Because they suppose to in force the law not brake then cause they dint agree with then or change then because they dint like a certain person or race. please help!

I found this blog as a result of asking the question, Why do I lie? Almost daily, I catch myself in a small lie in an attempt to make me look better. Immediately after it comes out of my mouth, I ask myself WHYYYYYYY?.... It is almost uncontrollable. Today I said, "I play the piano and guitar." I do play the guitar well and I can tap out a few songs on the piano, but I dont really PLAY the piano. I cringed inside as the words were exiting my mouth. I also find myself discussing things that are true for no other reason than that it makes me look better as well. I suppose it is a desire for acceptance. Anyway, even a fool can appear wise if he says nothing at all, so I'll just try to shut up....

If you ladies are all patting yourselves on the back for being so forthright perhaps you should look into the research. Women often don't even categorize their lies as untruths because they have mentally justified the exigency of the lie, blurring the line between white lie and big but supposedly necessary lies. It has been shown that fully half of women would tell their husband her child was his when it wasn't, in order to "preserve the relationship" as if a relationship based on these sorts of deceptions is worth a damn. It's hard to imagine that these women even actually love or respect their husbands to be able to perpetrate such fraud. This is the reason mandatory paternity testing and the right to contest misattributed paternity even for husbands needs to become law.
