I would suggest, to avoid obesity in children. Parents should have to take care of everything. They have to teach them to avoid junk foods, oily foods. that's true all day long they are in school, so we can't control them but we can guide them what is right or wrong for them, for their health.

Parents and families are not always to blame as compared to the food children eat in schools. I am one person who has suffered from obesity since i started college. I only started seeing real weight loss after joining Camp Shane Summer Weight Programs; www.campshane.com.

In Broward County, Florida, the children watch movies about nutrition during the PE class and rarely get recess. Stop blaming the family! The kids are in school all day.

For most kids the thing to limit is not fats so much as carbs. Limit the "sugar" pop & energy drinks, candy, cookies and stuff and you will be surprised at how much weight will be lost.

Protein is good, and a little fat isn't bad either.
