guess i don't fit the targeted market according to the FDA. LOL.. I say if they ban the combonation of caffeine and alchohol they should sell the additive seperately so you can add it yourself. Can FDA ban that? They are sold seperately and the company can not be held responsible for what the consumer does.

Responsibility is up to the user. People have been drinking alcohol mixed with some sort of soda (which is almost always caffeinated) since soda became popular and accessible. If you're not smart enough to drink responsibly, maybe you shouldn't be drinking at all.

I think the makers of these products should disclose their caffine content but I am not sure there should be a ban on them.
