More people will die and be harmed by NOT getting the vaccine...it is as simple as that.

I can not comment on Ms Jenning's specific case. If she suffered a brain injury, it is likely to be permanent & not lifted with chelation. The dystonic reactions may improve though.

Could the medicine (vaccination) have caused a reaction in this woman? Yes. Can viagra cause an erection lasting longer than 4 hours? Yes.

The point is that medicines can have side-effects. Vaccines are medicine. Occasionally only one in a million is injured by the medication. Based on the severity of the potential illness treated/prevented, it has to be decided if that medicine's risks outweigh it's benefits.

One person with reversible injury has a case that needs significant investigation & treatment. We must investigate those factors that make this one patient unique so that we can make changes and learn more about the physiology involved.

Clean water, improved sanitation & vaccines have saved lives. Getting rid of vaccines is like getting rid of clean water; the h1n1 vaccine has been proven to be well-tolerated. Casting out a valuable vaccine b/c of one event seems unwarranted.

It is somewhat harrowing that so many people are indocrinated to the degree that they can't believe nor comprehend what is going on. Let's use a modicum of logical deductive reasoning here instead of just repeating what the pharmaceutical corps and the journals they fund are saying yea?

1) Desiree was injected with a vaccine containing mercury

2) a bunch of pretty serious symptoms developed 10 days later

3) chelation therapy was performed which removed the mercury from her body and instantaneously the symptoms disappeared

Ok, now ask yourself, was it a total coincidence that these symptoms appeared when she was injected with mercury and disappeared - instantly - when it was removed.

Of course maybe she made it all up right? An elaborate scam to enrich the Dr. concerned with the chelation therapy perhaps? Ok, then where's the motive? Give up your normal life and pretend to be disabled for a few months losing your job, friends and be harassed by the media, pharmaceutical & medical industries, for what? Money? Doubt it, big pharms army of legal eagles would have pounced on that if it had been the case. Sympathy? Can't say I'd want to give up my life - even temporarily - for a few people on youtube going "awww".

My prayers go out to the Jenning family. I wish that this incident could be reversed. It saddens me to think that vaccines can cause problems, while we are trying to get protection from so many diseases. I am 47 years old and I had the H1N1 shot in November. I am still concerned because my arm turned black at the injection site and it still itches at the present time.

If I would have seen this article I would not have had the H1N1 shot. To all you parents use your own judgement when it comes to vaccinating your children,

What the public doesn't know is that we are currently reviewing the auto-immune disorder of Desiree's little sister, Morgan. In the fall of 2006 she fell ill after having seven vaccines in one day in order to register for kindergarten. She had chronic respiratory infections, followed by head to toe rash and joint swelling throughout her body. She was then hospitalized by what doctors thought was a "septic hip" To this day she still has migrating joint pain and no diagnosis. This one can't possibly be labeled "psychogenic". She was five years old. I have five children, only two had life threatening illnesses after the injections. We think, however, that both girls have mercury/thimerisol poisoning.

Please, please don't vaccinate your children until such time that we can assure that the dangerous toxins are removed. I am fighting to get a consumer protection law enacted that would require that dangerous toxins contained in any vaccine be disclosed prior to administering the vaccinations. I need help, media and govt doesn't want to get this out. Desiree is one in a million in that she is the one case that gets media attention and is "diagnosed" although "misdiagnosed.

To the person who asked: "So the question is simply this: why are YOU trying to deny that there are safety concerns? when The Lancet clearly says there ARE."

Perhaps you should read the article you just copy and pasted. It says that those conditions are EXPECTED as a result of COINCIDENT BACKGROUND CASES. In other words, these conditions would have happened anyway...so some people will get Guillain-Barre, etc. at the same time as the vaccine (temporal association) but not because of the vaccine. But because dolts like you don't understand that association does not imply causation, they published these figures before the mass vaccinations commenced.

The Lancet said nothing about vaccines causing certain medical problems and yet you used it as support for your claim that they do. Absolutely stunning ignorance.

Yes, I heard this discussion on Mr. Savage's radio show and really opened up my eyes. Thank you Mr. Savage for speaking your mind and truth.

Kudos to Jenny McCarthy for leading the charge.

However, I also personally feel that C-Sections heavily contribute to Autism/ Spectrum disorders as well.

Kathy, besides, what's wrong with soft-porn? Sounds like you are little jealous/bitter that you dont look like her?

Yes, thank you. I did not know what to think until I read it in a mainstream news source.

Now I know the facts. I will continue to tune in to CBS, NBC, ABC Fox and CNN to further my education and learn the facts. I know they are getting them from the CDC and World Health Organization.

Thank goodness the reporters are reading the press releases from these organizations instead of me. I don't have the time to read or think for myself.
