Oral vitamin D3 supplementation sufficient to achieve and maintain an optimal vitamin D blood level will go a long way toward preventing either H1N1 or seasonal influenza infection. The MINIMUM dose generally required for that protection is 2000 units for pre-teens, and 4000 to 5000 units a day for teens and adults. If you feel strongly opposed to the vaccine, perhaps you should consider vitamin D for prophylaxis instead.

Some vitamin D experts are now recommending "treatment" of influenza infection with pharmacologic doses of vitamin D, specifically 1000 units per lb. body weight daily for 3 days. You can check this out at http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/. You will need the help of your physician in order to obtain such doses locally, although Vitamin D is available online in denominations of 50,000 unit doses at Bio-Tech Pharmacal.

There is absolutley no way in hell that im getting the vacine. The cheerleader was enough evidence for me that this vacine isn't what everyone thinks it is and i have a suspicion that this vacine is going to backfire. I'm just going to try and stay as healthy as i can, take my vitamins and pretty much just live life and let my miracle of an immune system do its thing. I'm not trying to create a big controversy but i'm just trying to put in my two cents worth and hopefully change someone elses mind.

Shop for groceries at dawn.Do not order delivery pizza or fast in general -their management is notorius for pressuring their staff to come to work sick.Make pizza yourself -the more you do it the better it gets.Avoid movie theaters at Christmas ,people are that selfish -they go because THEY want to be amused while they are infectious.Do wear a good ,well fitting mask-it does help.Plus if you are going into a war zone like a mall or crowded office bldg., try swabbing the inside of both nostrils with lemon grass oil or organic oregano oil -it kills most air born contagions (rhino virus, flu, mrsa)as they contact the membrane .This seems like a lot of hassle -but if you live with or care for some undergoing chemotherapy, washing your hands well is not always enough. The H1N1 vaccine probably won't be distributed with any logic,so as a stop gap measure we are getting the Pneunmonia vaccine to be safe.

Even in the worst plagues that ever reached civilization, such as the bubolic in Europe in 1350 that killed off a third of the population, there were always a large number of people that were unaffected. Not much focus is put on that. Not much money in it is one suspected reason, but it's too bad most people don't learn the natural mechanisms that discourage illness and bring about better health. waterremedy.net

she can only walk backwards. I personally feel we should not pump unnecessary chemicals in our bodies let alone my children, we are keeping all precautions, and I am lucky they still have not started school.

I am familiar with the swine flu vaccine of the late 1970s the government forced military to take, claiming an epidemic was on the way and we found out later it was a lie the government used in order to use up its aging swine flu vaccine. The vaccine proved toxic to some people and killed others, particularly the elderly and the vaccine was also responsible for causing a permanent spinal disorder as well. How is the new vaccine safer than the old one? Why is the government not forth coming about the risks of the swine flu vaccine?
