well, this is just old parent tricks made new! Remember the airplane and the train bringing in the prunes, the carrots, the squash, flying around the chair, chugging up the food tree? And the older kids wanting to get in on the act? We had lots of fun eating those veggies. And another thing we had fun doing at dinner time is dressing up in the dress from a different country and eating that new type of food. They loved that. Letting the child grow some of the veggies themselves and helping to prepare them for the table makes for some delicious, nutritious meals. And finally, do you know you can get 4 shredded carrots into one batch of spaghetti sauce without any detection. Tomatoes will cover anything!
