It is a highly debatable subject regarding the use of flu vaccine to fight the disease. A better choice would be simply understanding why this disease exists, and steps that will help the body build a natural immunity to it. - http://www.healingnews.com/Healing_Flu_article101.html

The flu shot kills healthy kids too, or causes permanent damage in them - just check VAERS. Besides, most studies show that flu shots don't work - doesn't work in the elderly, doesn't work in kids under 2, doesn't work because they get the strains wrong every year, etc.
