Multivitamins—a Health Hazard?

I tried to take vitamins hearing they were good for you, but everytime I did I would get this nervous or anxious feeling and I would have to stop. I guess it was not my imagination.

sourcing of nutrients is the issue. fillers prevent some processed pill form multi's from even digesting... lets keep discussion in context.

This is the stupidest article I have ever read. Vitamins, especially amongst those who's diet is poor, are extremely beneficial.
Your body needs food to work properly. What is found in these foods that make them beneficial? Nutrients! If you're diet consists of steak and potatoes every night, with an egg in the morning and a deli sandwich for lunch. You are not providing your body with the proper nutrients it needs to keep up it's defense.
PLEASE provide evidence that says multivitamins are hazardous for ones health.
Also, consider the private interest the multimillion dollar industries have to keep selling their drugs. Scurvy is cured from vitamin C. Your body has natural defense against viruses and diseases if you treat your body right, and keep it working optimally. It's called preventative medicine.
It is, however, more economical to treat the symptoms with a drug that causes other problems in your body, and never worry about the root cause.
You be the judge.

I never believed in multi vitamins. Recently, however, I was having an anxiety attack (Due to stresses of life) and my wife made me take the Dr. Max Powers Men's Multivitamin. Within an hour it had calmed down my brain.
The first day I took it I started to feel much better: thinking clearer, breathing deeper (didn't expect that to happen)feeling just plain better. I must've been very defeicent (spelled wrong?) in vitamins!
I had no trouble swallowing them though they are big pills. (sip some water, hold in mouth, add pill to mouth and swallow! Works better than dry swallowing.)
I love the digestive enzyme effect because it really works.
Oh, and I'm only taking one a day.

I'm a teenager taking a multivitamin. I want a yes or no. Should I ultimately take a vitamin. I eat pretty well and exercise often. Yes or no?

I have never really been into taking vitamins, but as I started getting older, I wanted to take care of my healthy and keep myself going. Since I am a super healthy guy, I have to make sure I get all of my supplements, and sometimes that can be hard just from food. I found dr max powers multvitamins on sale and they sound easy and safe to use. I have had a bad experience with some vitamin brands because they will upset my stomach, be a bad form to take or not show results.
I take one in the morning with breakfast and it has really seemed to help me stay healthy and have more energy. I like that they are all natural and not made with gelatin, and they contain both calcium and iron which I need. A bottle is reasonably priced and is a balanced formula that keeps me going and healthy.
