Call me stupid, but I have a college degree in a science field but when I read this it just looks like nonsense. The article says vaccination rates are reported to be higher while disease rates stay the same. So instead of realizing vaccination isn't decreasing disease rates he claims it must just be overreporting. Out of nowhere, we just have random overreporting.

It would help to look at the U.S. and see that vaccination hasn't reduced disease rates here either. Polio, Measles, DPT had all decreased by over 95% before vaccination even started. Polio actually got worse a few years after vaccination had been fully implemented.

As a journalist it would make sense to take the time and research the actual data rather than print what vaccine manufacturers want you to print. This article becomes propaganda rather than journalism at that point.

of course the disease numbers are declining, better nutrition , water, sanitation. How can we massage the numbers so it appears that the great MODERN MEDICINE is given credit for the body's own immune system? I know say that we have started a huge vaccination campaign there and then LIE about how many vaccinations we have done. MAKE $ on thefront and back endby claliming it as ANOTHER GREAT STAT for big pharma.

My husband and I choose not to vaccinated our child for many of reasons. I did alot of research and these vaccinations a forms of monkey fetuses! And many more. I respect all decisions. I dont see why aa new child shot get a heb b shot , thats just crazy.Their immune systems are extremly low why take the risk of so many complications?! I didnt get the vitk shot for him either i keep the imb cord attached to him until the blood stopped pumping. That was mnore than enough vit k for him. Thank you

In my life ive been through with different illnesses. I went to go get vaccinated for cervical cancer but since my immune system extremely low it just made me. The sydafects hit me really hard. But thats just me. All children should get vaccinated because if we dont the population is going to decrease, not only are children dying but adults will start to too. When i went in to the doctor to get my shot she told me 3 young kids came in diagnosed with cervical cancer. That bad. Wouldnt you rather just get a shot and not have to worry about anything else?

So if the rates of vaccination were overreprted, and yet there has been a steady decline in the diseases for which the vaccines are intended, it would seem several situations need to be re-evaluated:

What constitutes "herd immunity" if declines in infection are happening when the rates of vaccination are actually half of what was presumed?

Are the diseases declining for other reasons?

If the diseases are declining for other reasons, why persist in an aggessive vaccine program?

Why pursue an aggressive vaccine schedule in the US when diseases are declining despite under-vaccination in countries with less healthy environments?
