I have PCOS. I have been in the ER with medical cramps.

I work hard at keeping my weight down and staying healthy while the gynecologists just threw birth control pills at me that caused not great side effects. PCOS ruined my life.

Many girls are coming down with polycystic ovarian syndrome. On top of the BPA, there are issues affecting the thymus gland we need to figure out.

If this were a man's disease, they would've banned the stuff years ago.

Who tested this product before it was sold to the public?

I have records and bills, pain and suffering. Are the companies going to pay them?

Friends of Aids Orphans in Africa (FADOA) is dedicated to working towards the full integration of African AIDS orphans into their communities so as to enable them to live as normal a life as they can and eventually become productive members of their society. We need your help to assist the 80% of the total world AIDS orphans who live in Africa. Only 3% of the orphans receive any kind of support. Most importantly we need your assistance to moderate the devastating effects of HIV/AIDS in Africa.

BPA is estrogenic. They now believe that in men with prostate issues or cancer that it is not the existence of testosterone that causes prostate cancer (in fact the opposite) but it is the presence of excessive estrogen. The less BPA the better.

I am new to this chemical and just how pervasive it is in our world. Can anyone tell me if this danger extends into the myriads of bottled water products and juice container bottles that we all buy in grocery stores?

I cannot believe this is true!

We believe the that the body is our temple or house and we must respect and take care of it. Therefore, putting harmful chemicals into our body or system is unacceptable. We do not appreciate BPA products. We have definitely been looking out for our family and searching for BPA free products. Last week, I purchased from LL Bean in MA about $100.00 worth of BPA-Free drinking containers for my son and daughter to take to college with them later this month. I am now searching for BPA-free plates and containers for their microwave and frig. No luck so far, hope that some company will seize the opportunity to develop and market such product. Thank heavens that Governor Rell is turning our Attorney General's Bill into Law, today! Yes, to BPA-free products. We should not be able to have see BPA in our blood or DNA. It is not what God intended for us to have...foreign objects and harmful chemicals are a no-no and unacceptable. Smart people make smart choices. Better health and environment should be a goal for everyone.
