my father was just contacted by this company. In reading this article, it claims to be free..however, they charged my father $29.00 for this. Please confirm if there is indeed a fee..or if they have been scammed.

Thank You, Margaret Shaffer

If you've had good experiences with discount plans, or if you’re curious about getting more information, you may want to look at a new website called Helpful Benefits.com. http://www.helpfulbenefits.com

The website contains a variety of "packaged benefit plans" that range anywhere from personal security, to alternative health care, to basic health care. The Health Benefits package combines five different health benefit plans for about $17/month...which includes you AND your immediate family. The plan contains discount plans for prescriptions, vision care (through Coast-to-Coast), dental care (through Aetna Dental Access), chiropractic care, and a time-saving, and innovative new program called Teladoc (which you can call and talk live to a doctor - no charge).

It's important to note that NONE OF THE PLANS WITHIN THE PACKAG ARE CONSIDERED INSURANCE, AND THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE ANY INSURANCE. But having said that, should you be one of the millions Americans that does not have insurance coverage, this can be a great alternative.

The bottom line is that The Health Benefits Package is designed to help you and your family by offering reduced prices on various health-related expenses. Although the Health Benefits Package IS NOT comprehensive insurance coverage, and SHOULD NOT replace any current health insurance, it can offer some financial relief with certain medical expenses when no other options are available. The fact that you can get five discount plans (for you and your family), for roughly $17.00 a month, makes this site a great value. http://www.helpfulbenefits.com

I'm very appreciate this idea, thanks, but I have a question about the line 6, could you explain on it more?
