I understand the 'use it or lose it' rule, but there should be some kind of exception. My employer went to an outside HR company for everything, and we were able to have the FSA. Now that my company has decided not to renew their contract with this company, those of us who were enrolled are about to lose what we had in the account. That is not a decision of the employee and their should be something that could be done. I was told to search for receipts and file for reimbursement. But since I used the card like I was told to, I have no expesense that was not covered. So now I am about to lose almost $650 due to my employers decision. This is completly wrong and rules need to be changed.
