Your first suggestion right off the bat is contra to your advice. Wheat, even whole wheat, is very hard to digest by our bodies and will leave you feeling very full, more of a physical fullness of a stomach and less of a proper level of nutrient intake full, which is pretty tough to workout on. And of course the gluten will spark sugary cravings after your work out, is that really what you want if you are trying to eat healthy and exercise?

Merci iluvalar ! Il est vrai que le graphisme et le design peuvent jouer un rôle important si le blogueur se charge de créer lui même les éléments du thème :)

I work out for 1-1/2 hours five days per week, and agree with the food suggestions made in this article. I never work out on an empty tummy. I need to have stamina and energy to do a rigorous work-out. It is also important to eat something that contains protein 30-45 after one's work out. I usually grab a protein bar which contains 20 grams of protein or I will make a PBJ sandwich once I get home.
