I was a real fitness fan for quite a long time. What helped me to improve my workouts is Navy Seal Formula. I've tried it recently, this staff is amazing! My lifts have gone up across the boards and I still had energy to burn after a work out that would of left me drained a few weeks before. I've lost over 100lbs in the past 2 years. I wish I new of this product when I first started my train and diet. I'm now losing fat and putting on muscle much faster.

excellent post! some people think the amount of time you are in the gym equals how effective your work out was. I sometimes find myself leaving the gym after just 30 minutes knowing i have accomplished more than the guy who has been there for 2 hours!

On increasing intensity, can you comment on the advantages/disadvantages for the heart . I may have developed LVH because I seem to have one speed when I go for aerobic exercise. I go as hard as I can. I don't feel like I'm getting a good work-out if I'm not pushing myself. But I wonder if this is bad for my heart over the long term. I see most other folks exercsing at a more moderate rate and not sweating, not breathing so hard. I'm 55, 170 lbs, 5'9" with a very bad, seemingly unchangeable, cholesterol ratio. Thanks, Bill

These are great workout suggestions. How about some for us old former atheletes who now have lower back and one total knee replacement?
