i read an article that states training to much too soon is not a well way to get better at a sport in not a vary good way to go. the article says that taking time and thoughts are the key to overcome the sport you are well interested in. when it come to running you should always use 10 percent no matter if you feel slow or fast but each step you take is a step faster at overcoming runing
