Diet is very important to me. Drinking is a quick way to disarm yourself from your diet. I recently tried Voli Spirts and they are one of lowest calorie drinks for Vodka out on the market right now. I personally encourage people to try it if you are a heavy drinker. http://bit.ly/sW80EH

That's all you could come up with... 8 things that people LIKE ME need to do to live a healthy lifestyle? Leave the table? Make a phone call? How about we don't want to be fat a**es like those gorging on horrible foods that they know are bad for them. WE have to make a diversion. Chelsea, how about writing a piece on THOSE people who have to stuff it in our face or make us feel bad for not "taking a bite"! Show them in the negative light that they live in and maybe PRAISE US for living a healthy lifestyle . We shouldn't have to apologize for it and change the way we live just because fatty can't say no to dessert.

I use "123 Get Samples" to find free samples of major brands online. Please note they update their samples every day but I just pick what ever available at that time and use them.
