I was really struggling losing my last 10 pounds of baby weight until I started with a Personal Trainer who implemented ALL of your tips into my routine. Women are sooo afraid to use anything heavier than "Barbie weights" and spend much time doing elliptical work. Theyy then wonder why they look the same way 3 years later.
