i ride temdem since may6 , twice a week , but last may 17,we ride for 22 0r 23 miles from price park to viaduct and come back ,while on the ride I feel that my ear was doing funny thing , and when i come back ,like i got dizzy , whenever i moved up to the evening specially i'm laying down , my head like dizzy a lot , is that called over exercise ? , i'm drinking high blood pressure medicine,like indapamide 1.25 mg and the levothyroxin 88 mg , CO Q10 , L-arginine, baby aspirin , and the fish oil. then my dizziness gone the other day , in may 19 , i go for a tendem ride again from boone to george hays road and to the parkway then I feel dizzy when we stop on the half way , then when i riding i'm ok to come back until i reach home that is about 20+ miles on that ride , then I'm dizzy again ,when i'm moving my head , until yesterday still a little bit , today it look like i'm better . i wonder if it is overexercise or not ? can anybody give me advice about that ? thnks

hi my name is chris i was wanting to get your oppinion on our pt here in rota spain. on mon we get up at 5 am get ready and ready to pt at 530 am we do so small work outs and take off for a 4.5 to 6 mile run. tues same time but my company does insanity the next day we get up at 440 and go to the gym and work out. thu we do insanity at 0500 and fri we do insanity at 0500 agian. on top of that we work 0745 to 1730 mon through sat. is this too much? we seem to not be able to convince our co that this is to much training people are getting injured and everyone is tired. i would love your oppinion thank you
