These fluffy articles are completely useless. Eating this MAY have beneficial effects, avoiding this MAY help you lose weight, this food MIGHT be good for your heart, nobody knows anything, they just throw around ideas that sound good and then qualify them with statements that essentially say "we really don't know whether this works or not."
