I believe strength training is the best kind of workout to help burn off the fat. It is safer and more effective than most people think. Moreover, it builds stronger joints than running does.

A healthy diet (not low calorie dieting) is more important to losing weight than exercise. Exercise is essential to our health, but takes at least an hour of exercise a day to actually lose weight. This is because we eat so many empty calories in the form of processed foods. Eliminate processed foods and there won't be the excess empty calories your body stores as fat. That's True, It's seems to be very easy but not to. Exercise needs workout and your fully devotion to loose your weight. Workout like cycling, swimming, jogging help you to prevent weight gain.
