I feel that probiotics are a great way to support a healthy lifestyle. I have tried yogurt and Kefir but I have just recently found these probiotic attune bars. They have living cultures in them and are beneficial to my daily diet. I think they are a good daily treat or snack to fulfill my day. Do you think the Attune bars can replace some of my other daily probiotic intakes?

I think buying gluten-free items isn't up because people think it causes health benefits, I think it's because more and more people are being diagnosed with Celiac Disease.

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a few months ago and have had to eat gluten-free since.

There's a new robotic bread machine soon to debut that they say will make it possible to produce moist, good-tasting breads and other baked goods that are truly gluten-free (no more than 3 parts per million). Home testers have reported it not only saves time, the breads taste good, hold together and don't grow stale like many other gluten-free breads do.
