I've just read the testimony of a lady called Mary Margaret who went from being unable to get up out of chairs and walk, to running 3 1/2 miles at a time! She accomplished this by training on a device called the GlideCycle. She was actually looking for a mobility scooter when she ran into this and she testifies that exercising completely changed her life. I saw her testimony here: http://www.mobilityscooterwarning.com/video.html

I was so excited when I read this article by TriVita's Chief Science Officer, Brazos Minshew, I just had to post it on my blog to share with everyone. I never realized that by not taking in the proper nutrients, it would cause the replacement of new cells to be inferior, thus causing premature aging. If you want to stay younger longer and slow down the aging process then you really need to read my blog post. http://healthwellnessanswers.com/stem-cells-and-premature-aging/

As a life long exerciser and Music/Therapeutic recreation practitioner, the benefits of consistent movement/exercise are immediately transparent. Attitude, ability to manage stress, increased energy, mental clarity, positive thinking, better sleep, lower cholesterol, lower triglycerides, proper sugar management, better problem solving abilities, increased spiritual awareness AND you just feel good about life and yourself more. Habits of thinking and roadblocks to getting off of the couch stop people from making these essential changes in behavior. You Are what You think! As Mahatma Ghandi said "Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony" at any age.

Nuff Said!
