I have been trying to get this point across to our customers for a long time. We are a family fitness center, and I try to encourage families and coaches to start properly training their kids and teams. With injuries on the rise and kids starting sports and high impact activities younger and younger and hope more & more people heed this advice. I have posted this blog to my Twitter & Facebook pages.

thanks for writing it.

These are really great tips as I grew up swimming day and night when I was young. I loved it though and wanted to do it and my parents never pushed me into anything. I think it is important to encourage children to be active but not to force or have them to involved with rigorous athletics that could hurt them in anyway. When it comes to minor aches and pains our family loves Topricin pain cream because it all natural. I just don't think we can ever be too careful with our little ones!
